IATA's Appointment Calendar (AppCal) Opening Schedule for 2018
AppCal is a web based tool designed to facilitate the appointment making process and communications between the different conference participants. Please see the opening schedule below where each eligible* registered delegate will receive their username and password, please save this email.
Delegates are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible, if they are intending to attend the SC142 event, but no later than 28 May 2018. Eligible delegates* registering after this date will receive access within 48 hours (Mon- Fri) upon completion and payment of their registration.

*Participants eligible to receive AppCal access are limited to registered Head Airline Representative and Airline Representative(s); Head Coordinator and Coordinator(s); Head Facilitator and Facilitator(s) and 1 Exhibitor AppCal login per booth.
If a registered delegate accredited as a support role requires AppCal access, their Head Delegate (HOD) must update their accreditation* within the Online Accreditation System. Upon completion each registered delegate will receive AppCal access within 48 hours (mon – fri).
