IATA's AppCal Business Cycle for SC130 - Barcelona - 14 - 16 June 2012

On 23rd May, each eligible participant will receive their username and password. Participants eligible to receive AppCal access are limited to registered Airline Accredited Representative and Accredited alternative(s); Head Coordinator and Coordinator(s); Head Facilitator and Facilitator(s) and Exhibitors.

23 May 2012	AppCal Calendar available for customization only
29 May 2012	Coordinators Head start: Coordinators only can request appointments and write Messages.
1 June 2012	Airlines Head start: Airlines & Coordinators can request appointments and write Messages. Airlines and Coordinators can exchange SCR messages from the Message box.
7 June 2012	AppCal meeting request functionalities are made available to Exhibitors.
14 June 2012	AppCal SWAP Message Boxes can be used by Airlines and Coordinators
15 June 2012	AppCal is closed for new meeting request. Airlines and Coordinators can exchange SCR and SWAP Messages. SC participants can use the Message Boxes
16 June 2012	AppCal Message Boxes can no longer be used to write or reply to messages. AppCal Message Boxes can no longer be used to exchange SCR and SWAP messages
16 July 2012	All messages left in AppCal Message Boxes are deleted.

A calendar will be created automatically for each eligible Delegate duly registered for the 130th Slot Conference. If you have not completed your registration, please do so as soon as possible by completing online registration.
